Site qualification
Register a site
Start site registration from your study home page.
Enter site details, contacts, and roles on the Site Qualification Form (SQF).
Review and submit the SQF, then wait for study approval.
Data management
Queries and DCRs
Learn what Queries and DCRs are and where to find them.
Open the Data Management tab from the navigation panel.
Review open tickets and respond or submit corrections as needed.
Portal dashboard
View ECG metrics
Open the Study Metrics widget on your study home page.
Press Details to open the metrics window.
Review site, subject, and ECG study data.
Data management
Respond to a query
Open Data Management and locate the open query.
Review the query details and required action.
Submit your response and close the query when complete.

Register a research site and submit a Site Qualification Form (SQF) in the Clario Portal.

Submitting ECG data

Use Digital Upload to send waveform files from external media.
Clinical data
Search, filter, and review clinical data, including ECG source reports and waveforms, in the Clinical Data tab.
Data management
Queries and Data Correction Requests (DCRs) help you resolve data issues and request corrections. Open the Data Management tab to work open tickets.
Find and open queries
Locate open queries and DCRs in Data Management and open the DCR Status window.
Create a DCR to update visit information
Submit a Data Correction Request for visit or subject data.
