Review Reports
Find and download ECG Analysis Reports and ECG Source Reports in the Clario Portal.
In this guide, you'll learn how to:
Open the Review Reports tab in Study Reports.
Filter for the report subtypes you need.
Select one or more reports to download.
Choose the best download option for your work.
Open Source ECG Tracing when you need tracing files individually.

Access ECG analysis and source reports
Go to your My Study Portal home page. Select the Expand icon in the navigation panel, then select Study Reports.
The Study Reports page opens on the Create Report tab by default.
Create Report and My Reports
The Create Report and My Reports tabs are no longer used here. You can find these features in the Interactive Reports section of the Clario Portal.
Select the Review Reports tab to view ECG Analysis Reports and ECG Source Reports. Optionally apply filters such as Subject, Site, Visit Name, or date to find specific reports.
To filter by report type, select Report Subtype from the filter dropdown, enter the subtype in the Filter Input box, then select Add Filter. Reports vary by study. Examples include ECG Analysis Report, ECG Source Report, ECG Analysis with Source Data, and Mean ECG Analysis Report.
Select the checkboxes on the left of the reports you want to download. You can select one or multiple reports.
Select Download and choose a format:
Merge Selected Reports as PDF: Creates one PDF that includes all selected reports.
Reports as Zip: Creates a ZIP file with one PDF per selected report.
Download Request: Uses advanced filtering to generate PDFs.
To open Source ECG Tracing files individually, select the Source ECG Tracing tab at the top of the page.
