Linking a Product Account

1. Click Link a Product Account.

2. Find the product you want to link to your Clario Global Account and press the Link to Your Clario Global Account button under the product's image.

We will link StudyWorks in our example here.

3. Enter the User Name and Password associated with your other product account and then press Link Account.

4. You will be informed you when you've successfully linked your product account with your Clario Global Account. Press Okay to dismiss the message.

5. Your newly linked account will now appear at the bottom of the screen in the section titled, Linked Accounts & Connected Studies and Organizations.

The newly linked account also appears on your Global Dashboard in a small table under the Link Your Product Accounts section.

1. If you enter incorrect user credentials, then you will receive an error message such as the one outlined here. We recommend you to re-enter both your user name and password, then press Link Account for a second time.

2. If your product account is already linked to your Clario Global Account, then you will receive an error message such as the one outlined here. There is no additional action to take to link your accounts. Press the Back button to exit the message screen.

3. The Clario Portal will inform you when an error has occurred. For example, if you do not enter information into a required field, then the text box outline will turn red and an error message will appear.
