Finding your product
Go to https://gsso.ert.com/idp, then log in.
Press Link a Product Account.
Need a Clario Global Account? Follow these instructions to create one easily today.
Linking your product account
Press Link to Your Clario Global Account shown under the Clario product you want to add to your account.
Enter your User Name and Password.
Press Link Account.
Confirming your linked account
The Clario Portal will notify you successfully linked the product account to your Clario Global Account. Press Okay to dismiss the message.
Your newly linked account will now appear in the table titled, Linked Accounts & Connected Studies and Organizations.

What should I do if I enter incorrect user credentials?
If you enter incorrect user credentials, you will receive an error message. We recommend re-entering both your User Name and Password, then pressing Link Account again.
What should I do if my product account is already linked to my Clario Global Account?
If your product account is already linked to your Clario Global Account, you will receive an error message. There is no additional action needed to link your accounts. Press the Back button to exit the message screen.
How does the Clario Portal notify me of errors?
The Clario Portal will inform you when an error has occurred. For example, if you do not enter information into a required field, the text box outline will turn red and an error message will appear.
