Never get lost

Access the Global Dashboard from anywhere in the Clario Portal by pressing the CLARIO. icon in the header.

Quickly jump to your study

Access your studies by pressing Select Study or Organization or by looking in your Recently Accessed projects.

User name menu options

Update your profile or log out by pressing your user name.

Access other Clario apps

Click the Clario Apps icon to access apps associated with your profile.

Access other Clario services

Quickly navigate between Clario Services by using the large service buttons (e.g., Clario Help) in the web page banner.

Stay on top of your Clario tasks

Register your site, join a study, link your product accounts, and view announcements all from one location.

Registering a site or joining a study

You won't need this section often. Use Register a Site / Join a Study when starting your clinical trial. This action will guide you through associating your Clario Global Account with a specific trial. Choose your solution to learn more.

If you're participating in a study using Clario's Medical Imaging or Precision Motion services, please contact your CRO or sponsor management team for instructions on how to join.

Accessing a study

There are two ways to access a study:

  • Press Select Study or Organization to see a drop-down menu of up to five studies associated with your account.

  • Select a study from the Recently Accessed section to quickly return to frequently monitored studies.

Editing your profile

Update your Clario Global Account profile by selecting your user name shown in the header, then press Profile. You can now edit:

  • Your first, middle, and last names

  • Your email address

  • And add or edit multi-factor authentication (MFA)

You won’t be able to edit your personal details when they are managed by an external application such as Microsoft O365.

Contacting Customer Care

Get expert help from Customer Care. Be ready to provide:

  • Protocol number

  • Site ID and Principal Investigator’s name

  • Your study role and contact details

  • Equipment serial number (if applicable)

  • Related ticket numbers (if applicable)

Accessing other Clario services

Each available Clario Service is displayed as a large, clickable button in the webpage header. Selecting a service will either direct you to a new page or open a separate tab.

Additional services are available through the Clario Apps menu (grid icon in the header). Click the icon to expand the menu and select the desired service.

Reviewing announcements

Check here for important messages from Clario. If you miss an announcement, scroll through the list to catch up.

For lengthy messages, click Read more to view the full announcement in a pop-up at the top of the Global Dashboard. Press x to close the message.

Linking a product

If you have an old account with Clario or its legacy companies (e.g., Bioclinica, ERT), click Link a Product Account to associate it with your Clario Global Account. Select the product and enter your product-specific user credentials, using the action buttons (e.g., Back, Okay, Link Account) to complete the form.

Any linked accounts will appear in the Link Your Product Accounts section of the Global Dashboard.
