Performing Your Search
1. Select a column
Choose the column to search in.
2. Enter "Filter Text"
Type keywords related to your study (e.g., organization name, study name, protocol number).
3. Apply the filter
Press Apply to perform the search.
4. Open the Study Dashboard
Press the linked Study / Protocol reference to access the Study Dashboard.
General Navigation
"Clear" to restart
Press Clear to start over. Your column selection won’t have changed.
View only "Organizations"
Press the checkbox next to Show Only Organizations to refine your search.
View more results
Press the left and right arrow buttons to move to other pages in the data table.
Close the search
Press x shown next to Select Study Or Organization to exit the search.
Still can’t find your study?
Check for study invitations
Look for an email from Clario titled "You’re invited to Clario’s Clinical Trial Platform". Be sure to also check your junk and spam folders.
Contact your study manager
Your request to join the study will be reviewed and approved by the CRO or sponsor management teams. They can also verify the status of your request.
Contact us
Our Customer Care staff cannot approve your request to join a study, but they can check its status. You may need to contact your CRO or sponsor management team for approval.
