Welcome to your Clario Global Account guide!

Learn how to update your profile, change your email, and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with ease. Let's get started!

Here’s What You Can Update

1. Your name

Click inside the text field to update your first and last name. Check the box to add your middle name.

2. Your email address

Enter your new email address in the text field, then enter your password and complete the verification steps.

3. Your added security

Enable multi-factor authentication by following the instructions below to add extra security to your Clario Global Account.

Changing Your Email Address

Your two-part process: changing and verifying your email address

  1. Enter your new email address in the Email and Confirm Email text fields.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Press Update.

  4. Press Okay.

  1. Find Clario’s "Change made to your Global Clario Account" email in your inbox.

  2. Press Verify email address.

  3. Review your registered email address and press Confirm.

  4. Press Return to Login Page.

  5. Log in using your newly verified credentials.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Enabling your first MFA

  1. Press your user name and select Profile.

  2. Press Enable MFA.

  3. Enter your Clario Global Account password, then Next.

  4. Review the setup message, then Start.

You'll now switch to the PingID Mobile Application on your mobile device. As you proceed, the web page will update based on your actions in the mobile app.

  1. Scan the QR code on the PingID web page with your mobile device.

  2. Follow the prompts on the PingID Mobile Application, then return to your Clario Global Account after a successful authentication.

You’ll see screens confirming pairing with your Clario Global Account, a "One Time Password screen", and a sign-on confirmation message. Press Yes to confirm.

Adding your second MFA

  1. Press Register in the yellow message box.

  2. Enter your Clario Global Account password, then Next.

  3. Review the re-direct message and press Continue.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Follow the authentication steps that PingID guides you through.

  6. Scan the QR code on the PingID web page with your mobile device.

  7. Follow the prompts on the PingID Mobile Application, then return to your Clario Global Account after a successful authentication.

Navigate to Profile: If you're not already in your Clario Global Account profile, click your user name at the top of the page, then select Profile.

Managing MFA

  1. Press Manage MFA.

  2. Enter your Clario Global Account password, then Next.

  3. Review the re-direct message and press Continue.

  4. Expand the Authentication Type by pressing the down arrow.

  5. Follow the authentication steps that PingID guides you through.

  6. To edit the device name, press inside the text box.

  7. To remove the device, press the deletion icon.

Navigate to Profile: If you're not already in your Clario Global Account profile, click your user name at the top of the page, then select Profile.

Disabling MFA

The authentication type will be removed from your profile and MFA will be marked as “Disabled” after these steps.

  1. Press Disable MFA.

  2. Enter your Clario Global Account password, then Next.

Navigate to Profile: If you're not already in your Clario Global Account profile, click your user name at the top of the page, then select Profile.

Logging in with MFA

  1. Go to https://gsso.ert.com/idp.

  2. Enter your user name, then press Next.

  3. Enter your password, then press Log in.

  4. Open the PingID mobile app and press Yes. You'll see an authentication message on both the web page and your MFA device.

Email notifications

We'll notify you of any changes to your Clario Global Account profile. Some emails will require you to take action (e.g., verify your new email address), while others will simply record the change.

Check your junk/spam folders regularly to ensure you don't miss important Clario communications. If you didn't initiate a change, contact our Customer Care team immediately to report suspicious activity.
