This article shows you how to quickly find the shipment information you need in the Clario Portal.
In this guide, you will learn how to:
Find and open the Shipment Tracking page.
Search for a specific shipment using filters.
View tracking details, shipment information, and order items.

Check a shipment's status
On your My Portal dashboard, select the Menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation panel.
Move your cursor over Devices & Supplies and select Shipment Tracking.
On the Shipment Tracking page, you can see:
Courier information
Tracking number
Other shipment details
Apply filters using the available options and select the shipment you want to view.
A new window opens.
Review the shipment details.
Top section
Shows information such as:
Shipment date
Shipping address
Bottom section
Shows:
Order items
Device serial numbers (if applicable)
Quantity ordered
Frequently asked questions
Need to print the shipment information?
Select the Print icon.
