Sponsor and CRO users
If you're a sponsor or CRO user, you'll also see additional tabs in Clinical Data (e.g., Countries and Sites). Site users typically see the Subject tab only.
On your My Study Portal from the top left, select the Menu icon to access the navigation panel.
In the navigation panel, select Clinical Data.
Go to the Subject tab. Then, select the participant you want to review.
Open the filter dropdown menu and choose the filter that matches the information you want to find.
Available filters include:
Visit: Search for data from a specific visit (e.g., Visit: Day 1 Predose).
Details: Find records using specific details.
Event: Search by event type.
Event Time: Find records from a particular date or time.
Operator: Search by the user who performed the activity.
Transmittal Number: Locate records using a transmittal number (e.g., 12345678). This is a unique Clario identifier assigned to each record processed by Clario. You can get it from the visit tracking report. If it isn't available, use the other filters to find the data you're looking for.
Enter a value in the Filter Text field. If you're using a number filter, enter values in the From and To fields.
Select Add Filter. The filter is added to the next row. Repeat these steps to add more filters if needed.
To remove a filter
Select X on a filter row to remove that filter.
Select Clear All to remove all filters at once.
