Saved Site Qualification Forms lets you locate Site Qualification Forms (SQFs) you've saved and resume work until you're ready to submit.
In this guide, you'll learn how to:
Find the Saved Site Qualification Forms section in the Clario Portal.
View all SQFs that are saved and waiting to be submitted.
Update, complete, and submit your form when you're ready.

View Saved Site Qualification Forms
Go to your Study Home page. In the navigation panel, select the Expand icon.
Select Site Qualification from the menu.
The Site Qualification window opens. By default, it displays the Saved Site Qualification Forms tab.
Each row in the table represents a form that has been saved but not yet submitted.
Select the Edit icon next to a form to open it.
You can then review, update, complete, and submit the SQF. To start a new registration, see Registering a site and submitting an SQF.
