  1. On your My Portal dashboard, select the Menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation panel. Select Data Management from the navigation panel.

  2. When the Data Management tab opens, the All-Open Tickets filter is applied automatically. You can also use other filters to find specific queries, such as Subject Number, Created Date, DM Type, or other available filter options.

Filter options in the dropdown menu may differ for your study depending on the clinical data your study captures.

  3. After applying the filters you need, select the DCR row you want to view, or select the DCR number in blue text.

  4. To view all queries and DCRs for your site, remove this filter by selecting X.

  5. The DCR Status window opens and displays important information, including:

    • DCR details

    • Site information

    • Description

    • Subject information

    • Event details

    • History information

    • Attachments (if available)

  6. Once you've viewed or responded to the query, select X to close the query or DCR.

Only site personnel can respond to queries.
