This article shows you how to check the status of supply orders and shipments in the Clario Portal.
In this guide, you will learn how to:
Open the Devices & Supplies area.
View the status of your re-supply orders.
Find the tracking information for the re-supply order shipment.

Check an order status
On your My Portal dashboard, select the Menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation panel.
In the navigation panel, select Devices & Supplies.
The page opens to the Supply Ordering tab by default.
Check the Order Status column to view the current status of your orders or select the row or click the order number in blue to view the order details and status.
Looking for a specific shipment?
Use the available filters to narrow the results.
Need more detail on an order?
Select the order in the list.
