Learn how to download ECG reports and export ECG data from your study. Find the data you need quickly using filters and download options.

In this guide, you will learn how to:

  • Open Study Reports in the Clario Portal.

  • Download ECG analysis and source reports from Review Reports.

  • View source ECG tracings and download data status forms.

  • Export high-level ECG data to Excel.

Open Study Reports

  1. Go to your My Study Portal home page and select the Expand icon in the navigation panel.

  2. Select Study Reports.

Download from Review Reports

The Study Reports page opens on the Create Report tab by default. The Create Report and My Reports tabs are no longer used. You can now find these features in the Interactive Reports section of the Clario Portal.

  1. Select the Review Reports tab to find and download ECG Analysis Reports or ECG Source Reports, then filter by:

    • Subject

    • Site

    • Visit Name

    • Date

    • Other available criteria

  2. Select the checkbox next to each ECG report you want to download.

  3. Select Download and choose one of the following options:

    • Merge Selected Reports as PDF: Combines all selected reports into one PDF file.

    • Reports as Zip: Creates a ZIP file with one PDF for each selected report.

    • Download Request: Lets you apply advanced filters to create PDF reports.

View Source ECG Tracing reports

  1. Select the Source ECG Tracing tab to find and view specific ECG Source Reports.

  2. Select the File icon to open and view an individual report.

  3. Select the Export icon on the right side of the page to export the data shown in the table to Excel.

    The Export icon does not export the Source Report PDF. To export Source Report PDFs in bulk, return to the Review Reports tab.

Download Data Status Forms

  1. Select the Data Status Forms tab to view the latest Inactivation and Reactivation forms for all subjects in the study.

  2. Select the checkbox next to each Inactivation/Reactivation report you want to download.

  3. Select Download and choose one of the following options:

    • Download Selected: Downloads only the reports you selected.

    • Download All: Downloads all Inactivation reports in the study.

    • Select Export to download the visible table data as an Excel .csv or .xlsx format file.

Export ECG data

  1. Select the ECG Data Export tab to export high-level ECG data to an Excel file.

  2. Apply filters such as Subject, Site, or Visit Name if you want to limit the export results.

    • If no filters are applied, all ECGs collected in the study will be included in the export.

  3. To choose which data fields appear in the Excel file, select ECG Data Export.

  4. In the window that opens:

    • Select the checkboxes for the fields you want to export.

    • When you're finished, select the green Export button at the bottom of the page.
