Site Dashboard

Use the Site Dashboard to view key information about your site.

This page introduces the main areas of site management—site details, user oversight, training compliance, and multi‑site access—so you know where everything lives before exploring the detailed guides linked below.

View and Update Site Information

Use the Sites dashboard to review and update your site's core details, including your institution's address, shipping information, and Principal Investigator details.

You can update:

  • Address information: Street address, city, postal code, country, region

  • Shipping details: Shipping contact name, phone number, and shipping address

  • Principal Investigator information: Title, and full name

These updates help ensure shipments, communications, and study operations reach the right location and contact.

What can't be updated?

The Site Name and the Site ID cannot be edited.

View and Request Site Users

The Site Users tab lists all users assigned to your site.

From here, you can:

  • Review each user's role, and training status

  • Request additional site users when needed

Why can't my colleague access the study?

Requesting a new site user does not grant immediate access. Your request is sent to the study's operations team (such as the sponsor, CRO, or Clario Site Service team) for approval.

The user will only gain access once the request is approved and the account is created. Until then, they will not appear in your user list or be able to access study information in Clario's Portal.

Manage Multiple Sites

Some studies allow users to work across more than one site.

If your role is assigned to multiple sites, you'll be able to view and perform actions at each one. Instead of going directly into a single site, you'll first see a list of the sites linked to your study account.

Manage Training Assignments

Some studies require site users to complete training before your site can begin managing participants, or collecting and uploading clinical data.

When this applies:

  • A site user's training status appears in their account details

  • You may be able to send training reminders, depending on your permissions

  • The account details card shows when the most recent reminder was sent

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I navigate to the Site Dashboard?

From Clario's Global Dashboard:

  1. Press Select Study or Organization.

  2. Choose your study from the drop-down list, or press Show more… to search for it.

  3. Select My Sites, or, if you're assigned to multiple sites, choose the site you want to enter from the site list.
