Site Dashboard

This article introduces the Site Management table for users who can access multiple sites.

Learn how to interpret key columns and use search, filters, sorting, and paging to find the site you need.

Site Management Table Overview

Use the Site Management table to quickly find and review site information for your study. This page appears only for users who have access to multiple sites. If you do not see this page, your study account is associated with a single site.

Users who oversee several sites—such as sponsor or CRO staff members, or site administrators responsible for institutions with multiple locations—will land on this table before navigating to a specific site's details page (also referred to as the Site Dashboard).

Each row in the table represents a site. Select any row to open its detailed view. Before exploring table controls, let’s review the columns and status indicators shown here so you can understand these data views at a glance.

Table views

Your permissions determine which columns you see and what actions you can take. If you’re not seeing the same columns as a colleague—or believe you should have access to additional actions—contact your study’s sponsor or CRO team for support.

Column Headers and Definitions

Use these column definitions to understand your site list at a glance. Each field helps you verify you're in the correct site and study, and highlights where your attention or follow‑up may be needed.

Site Number

The unique identifier assigned to your site. This field cannot be edited.

Use this to:

  • Confirm you are working in the correct site record.

Query

Shows an indicator when the site assessment has an open (non‑closed) query.

Use this to:

  • Identify sites that require follow‑up actions.

Feature Focus

This feature is used by Medical Imaging studies where equipment is reviewed by Clario teams.

Institution Name

The institution associated with this site. This field cannot be edited.

Use this to:

  • Verify you are viewing the right site before making updates elsewhere.

Study

Shows the study's configured name, protocol ID, or study ID.

Use this to:

  • Confirm you are viewing the correct site within the correct study.

Principal Investigator

The primary investigator for the site. This field is editable.

Use this to:

  • Update the PI name when staffing changes occur.

Country

The country assigned to the site. This field does not change often.

Use this to:

  • Correct the country if it was selected incorrectly during site setup.

Turnaround Time

Shows the remaining time for required site assessment steps. Turnaround Time may appear in days, hours, or minutes and may show a negative value if overdue.

Use this to:

  • Prioritize tasks that require immediate attention.

Feature Focus

This feature is used by Medical Imaging studies where equipment is reviewed by Clario teams.

Status

Shows the current state of the site assessment.

Use this to:

  • Use the Status, Query, Turnaround Time, and Site Number columns together to understand where action is needed.

Searching and Filtering Sites

Use filters to quickly locate a specific site or group of sites.

Apply a filter

  1. Select the filter arrow next to a column heading.

  2. Enter text in the filter field (for text-based columns like Site Number) or choose a value from the drop‑down list (for category columns like Status).

  3. Select Apply.

Using multiple filters

  • Apply additional filters by repeating the steps above.

  • Clear an individual filter using the x icon, or clear all filters at once using Clear all.

Adjusting the Number of Rows Displayed

You can control how many rows appear on each page.

  1. Select the rows per page selector (for example, "10").

  2. Choose the number of rows you want to display.

The table shows 10 rows by default.

Sorting Columns

Sort any column to help reorder the table.

  • Select a column header or its sort arrows to sort that column.

  • Only one column can be sorted at a time; sorting a new column resets the previous sort.

  • Site Number is sorted in ascending order by default.

Viewing Additional Pages

If your table has more rows than the number displayed:

  • Use the single arrows to move forward or backward one page at a time.

  • Use the double arrows to jump to the first or last page.

  • If arrows appear greyed out, no additional pages are available.
