Multiple Modalities to Upload? We've Got You!
Multi-modality support is now an inherent feature of the Clario Portal meaning you can navigate your "Upload Work List" hassle-free.
Overview
Uploading exams with Clario's Uploader service is now more intuitive than ever. The uploader automatically detects the modality for each exam, so you no longer need to select it manually. In cases where an exam could belong to more than one modality—such as OT being included in both MR and CT—you’ll simply be asked to confirm which modality it applies to. This helps ensure accurate data classification while keeping the workflow smooth and efficient.
Key Features:
Flexible Data Upload
Clinical site staff can now upload visit data in stages, offering greater flexibility. You may begin by uploading a subset of the expected data and return later to complete the remaining uploads—no need to submit everything at once.
To keep things simple, the questionnaires shown during upload will match the data you've selected. For example, if both MR brain and CT chest are expected but you choose to upload only MR brain, you'll only see the MR brain questionnaire at that time.
Enhanced Participant Experience
We've introduced alternate modality uploads to accommodate participant needs. If a participant cannot tolerate MR scanning, site personnel can alternatively upload CT images, providing a versatile solution for various scenarios.
Please note: This option is only available if alternate modalities are configured for the study. If not configured, the site will not be able to upload CT in place of MR, for example.
We've also made tracking your data upload tasks easier by introducing more refined status terminology. Take a look!
Upload Expected: No data has been uploaded yet.
Partially Submitted: Only a subset of the expected modalities has been uploaded; more submissions are expected.
Submitted: All required modalities have been uploaded.
Action Required: A query has been created for the uploaded modality data.
QC Complete: A read has been created, and all required modalities have passed inspection.
These enhancements ensure a seamless and efficient experience, making it easier for clinical staff to manage and upload imaging data.
