Overview
Our Data Uploader now supports error-free uploads, even for unsupported or incomplete files. If you submit unexpected or incomplete data, we’ll generate a query and notify you. Simply upload the corrected data, and our system will verify and close the query once everything is reconciled.
Conditions necessary for observing this feature
If you’re logged into the Clario Portal, you can upload zipped files. After selecting files, the Data Uploader previews their contents. The only error you might see is if a zipped file is password-protected. Other than that our system unpacks your files behind the scenes and checks for issues. We’ll later notify you of any irregularities.
You will not be able to upload a password-protected zipped file.

Keep an eye on your site’s clinical trial activities using the Clario Portal, especially for queries on data uploads. If you’re too busy, don’t worry — we’ll email you any query notifications. Just follow the instructions in the email to resolve them.
