    Ordering More Supplies

    1. Log into the Clario Portal: Enter your user credentials at the Clario Portal login.

    2. Open the Resupply Portal: Go to the Apps Menu and select the Resupply Portal icon.

    3. Choose Protocol: Use the drop-down menu to choose your target protocol. If not shown, try the Search function.

    4. Define Item Amounts: Adjust the number of items using the - and + buttons.

    5. Add Items to Your Cart: Click the shopping cart icon to add the items. The item count will update in the site's banner, confirming the addition.

    6. Proceed to Your Cart: Click the shopping cart icon in banner.

    7. Review Your Cart: Check the items and quantities, then click click Next.

    8. Enter Your Site ID: Input your Site ID and click Next.

    9. Review Your Order Summary: Ensure all details are correct, then click Proceed to checkout. You'll return to the Products page with a confirmation message.

    10. Sign Out: Exit the Resupply Portal.


    Adjusting Items in Your Cart

    Sometimes we need to adjust our prospective purchases before proceeding to checkout. For those times, follow these steps to efficiently manage the items in your cart.

    1. Select All: Click this button to select and remove all items from your cart.

    2. Delete Selected: Click this button to remove all selected items from your cart.

    3. Select Individual Items: Check the boxes next to the product images to choose specific items to remove.

    4. Delete Individual Items: Click the bucket (i.e., 'rubbish bin', 'trash can') icon to delete only the selected item.

    5. Going Back: Click the Back button to return to the Products page that contains your study's consumables.


    Exceeding the Max Limit

    The Resupply Portal will notify you if you've exceeded the maximum limit for consumables in your cart. You can still proceed to checkout, but your order will be reviewed by the Clario team in collaboration with the sponsor or manager of your clinical trial.

    1. Delayed Shipping: Exceeding the limit may delay the shipment of your consumables.

    2. Revised Contents: The Sponsor or CRO may request Clario to adjust the quantities in your order.

    To avoid complications, please reduce the quantity of the items in question.
