Overview of the Devices Dashboard

The Devices dashboard provides a centralized view of device shipments, orders, and inventory for your study. It helps you track deliveries, monitor fulfillment progress, and understand device availability across sites.

What you see on the dashboard depends on your role and permissions. Site users, sponsors, and operations teams may see different information and actions based on their responsibilities.

How to Use the Dashboard at a Glance

The Devices dashboard uses two widgets to help you quickly focus on what matters most. Each widget updates the data shown in the table below it.

  • Device Inventory

Use this widget to understand how many devices are available or assigned at your site. This view is especially helpful as enrollment progresses and you begin planning for resupply.

  • Order Tracking

Use this widget to follow the status of device orders and shipments. This is typically the first place sites go to check where an order is in the fulfillment process and whether devices have shipped or been delivered.

By default, the table shows Device Inventory data. Select a widget to update the table and view the corresponding details.
