Here's What You'll Notice:
Think of this as your onboarding GPS: guiding you step by step, updating as you go, and disappearing when the journey is complete. You’ll only see what’s relevant to you.
Immediate Visibility
The bar appears as soon as you log in—no searching, no guessing.
Dynamic Updates
Progress changes in real time as tasks are completed, so you’re always looking at the latest status.
Personnel Onboarding Indicators
See exactly how many trainings or equipment checks are done versus what’s left (e.g., “2 of 5 trainings complete”).
Equipment Readiness Indicators
Imaging studies show site assessments; combination studies that use multiple Clario solutions display readiness counts for each equipment type.
Immediate Visibility
Once everything is complete, the bar disappears for a clutter-free dashboard.

Completed: Registration finalized
In Progress: Site is in draft state
Training
Completed: All site users have finished mandatory training
In Progress: Training underway; shows count like “3 of 5 users trained”
No Training Complete: Displays “No user has completed training” until progress starts
Equipment & Questionnaire Approval
Completed: All modalities approved
In Progress: Approvals underway; shows count like “1 of 3 modalities approved”
Not Started: Displays “No modalities approved” until site registration is complete
Site Ready
Completed: Until all training and modality approvals are complete
Not Started: Status bar removed for a clean dashboard
