Overview of the Reports Dashboard
Use the Reports dashboard (also referred to as the Reporting Portal) to access reports available to you for your study. This dashboard acts as a central place to find and open reports from across Clario solutions, based on your role and permissions.
Go to this dashboard when you want to:
View and download available reports
Browse reports you’re permitted to access, open them to review details, or download them for offline use. Reports you open are added to your recently accessed list for quick return access.
Accessing Reports
Use the steps below to open and view or download reports available to you.
Permissions Needed
Your role determines which report categories you can access.
View Site Reports
Allows access to site‑level reports.
View Sponsor Reports
Allows access to sponsor‑ or CRO‑level reports.
Open a report
From Clario’s Global Dashboard, press Select Study or Organization.
Choose your study from the list, or select Show more… to search for it.
From your Study Dashboard, select Reports.
Find and select the report you want to access.
Select Generate to view the report on screen.
Select Download to save a copy to your device.
Why can’t I see a report?
If you don’t see a report in the list, your role may not include permission to access it. Report visibility is controlled by study‑specific permissions.
If you believe you should have access, contact your sponsor, CRO, or study administrator.
What You’ll See on the All Reports Page
When you open the Reports dashboard, you’ll see a list of report cards showing all reports available to you for the study. The list is ordered alphabetically making them easier to scan and find.
Each report card includes:
Report name
The title of the report.
Description
A short explanation of what the report contains and when it’s typically used.
Category
One or more labels indicating the report’s scope, such as Site or Sponsor/CRO.
Access type
An action indicating how the report is accessed: Generate or Download.
Reports You May Encounter
Below are examples of reports you may see in the Reports dashboard. Which reports appear depends on your role and permissions for the study.
Audit Trail Report
Tracks changes made to eCOA clinical data forms across the study, including what was changed, when the change occurred, and who made the update.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access
How this report is accessed:
Generated on screen (viewed in the browser)
Diary Compliance Report
Shows compliance information for actual versus expected diary entries across the study, with views by country, site, and participant.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access
Site users
How this report is accessed:
Generated on screen (viewed in the browser)
Data Listing Report
Displays submitted data for a specific diary or assessment within the study. One report is available per diary or assessment.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access
How this report is accessed:
Generated on screen (viewed in the browser)
Clario Learn Report
Provides curriculum and course completion information for external eLearning users.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access
How this report is accessed:
Generated on screen (viewed in the browser)
Site/User Profile History Report
Provides a historical view of site and user profile changes, with separate views for site history and user history.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access

Query & DCR Report
Provides a detailed list of queries and Data Change Requests (DCRs) for the study, including open, resolved, and closed items.
Who can view this report:
Study management personnel with sponsor or CRO access
How this report is accessed:
Downloaded as a CSV file
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see “No Reports Available”?
This message appears when no reports are available for your study. This can happen if:
Reports have not been configured for your study’s solution (e.g., eCOA or Medical Imaging), or
No reports are assigned to your role for the study.
Why do I see “No reports have been accessed recently”?
This message appears when reports are available, but you haven’t opened any yet. Once you open a report, it will appear in your recently accessed reports list.
Why do I see “It looks like there is no data to display”?
This message appears when no reports are available to show in the reporting widget on the Study Dashboard. The widget’s details are hidden until reports are configured and accessible for your study.
Why do I see “We couldn’t load the data”?
This message appears if:
You don’t have permission to access the selected report, or
There was a temporary issue loading the report.
Try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, contact Customer Care or your sponsor, CRO, or study administrator for support.
