Overview
Study participants supporting a clinical trial using the Clario Portal receive tailored training on software and study protocols. When users log in, they are greeted with a dashboard notification linking directly to their required training. This notification remains visible until the training is successfully completed, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
Conditions necessary for observing this feature
During the study setup, Clario staff will collaborate with Sponsor and CRO teams to determine if training curricula need to be assigned to users. Clario now allows Sponsors and CROs to assign training to both study-specific and global roles.
No Available Training: Users will see a message indicating no training is available for their study upon logging in.
Available Training: Users will receive a dashboard notification with a direct link to their required training, which remains visible until the training is completed.
Study Role
Allows users to view all data for a specific study, including data from multiple sites.
*Note that users can be granted access to multiple sites and studies.
Global Role
Provides access to view all data in Clario's platform, including data categorized by organizations, studies, and sites.
*Note that users can be granted access to multiple organizations, sites and studies.
