When you can upload data
You can upload test data only after the Site Questionnaire is approved.
Which test data you can upload
The test data type is based on your selections in the Device Details form when adding new equipment to the Clario Portal
Scanner Acquisition Protocol: This data type is available.
Phantom Data: Scanner Acquisition Protocol is not available.
Uploading Phantom Data
Do not close this window while the upload is processing.
Click Upload Phantom Data to open a new browser tab.
Review the Study and equipment information.
Select the files or folder, or drag and drop them into the upload field. The files will appear on the screen. Click Next.
Answer all questionnaire prompts before clicking Next. If you skip any prompts, you'll receive an error message.
Close the browser tab once the upload is complete.
Uploading a Scanner Protocol
Do not close this window while the upload is processing.
Click Upload Scanner Protocol to open a new browser tab.
Review the Study and equipment information.
Select the files or folder, or drag and drop them into the upload field. The files will appear on the screen. Click Next.
Answer all questionnaire prompts before clicking Next. If you skip any prompts, you'll receive an error message.
Close the browser tab once the upload is complete.

.PDF
.TAR
.TXT
.ZIP (containing any of the aforementioned file types)
Viewing Uploaded Test Data
You can view uploaded test data by pressing View Upload in the Equipment table. This launches the test data screen in a new browser tab.
Please note that most action buttons, such as uploading files or folders, are now disabled. This is because Clario’s Quality Control (QC) team is currently reviewing the uploaded data. As a site user, you will need to wait for Clario to assign any follow-up actions.

How do I navigate to the page where I can upload test data?
From Clario’s Global Dashboard:
Press Select Study or Organization.
Choose your study from the drop-down list, or press Show more… to search for it.
Press My Site.
Press the action label shown in the Activity column of the Equipment table and then follow the instructions noted in this article for your data type.
