Starting your journey with us
Welcome to your Clario Global Account (CGA)!
Your account enables you to easily access all your online Clario portals, like Cardiac Solution’s Cardiac Portal or eCOA’s StudyWorks, using just one login. No more juggling multiple usernames and passwords!
Once you're logged in, you can see all your study data in one place. Simply choose the portal or study you want to explore, and you're good to go!
Joining your study
Now that you have access to your Clario Global Account, let's get you set up with the study access you need. First, you'll need to join a study. Just select the Clario service you're using to learn more.
Make sure you have these two key pieces of information handy:
Study name
Site number/ID
If you don't have this information, don't worry! Just reach out to your CRO or sponsor management team for assistance.

Now that you're all set with your Clario Global Account and any study accounts you've joined, let's explore a few more features.

Password security
To protect your account, we'll lock it after five incorrect password attempts. You'll need to wait two minutes before trying again.
Session timeout warning
After 20 minutes of inactivity, a pop-up will warn you that you'll be logged out in 10 minutes, with an option to stay logged in.
