Overview

Previously, reports were accessed via dropdown menus in the study dashboard — requiring multiple clicks and relying on labels that weren’t always intuitive. Users had to select from a list of buttons with minimal context, making it harder to identify the right report quickly.

Now, reports are presented in a dedicated Reporting Portal interface, where each report is clearly displayed with its title and description. This streamlined layout reduces clicks, improves discoverability, and helps users immediately understand the purpose of each report — making the experience more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.

Conditions necessary for observing this feature

As part of this update, the way you access reports in the Clario Portal has changed. Here’s what to expect:

  • Reports Relocated: Imaging reports are no longer found in the study dashboard dropdown.

  • New Access Point: All reports are now available in the Reporting Portal interface.

  • Role-Based Access: What users see depends on their assigned permissions (configured in the database).
