    Overview

Introducing smarter query management options for your Site Assessment. We’re sure you’ll see gains with your study startup tasks and how quick it is to get rolling now.

With our enhanced query management system, Clario staff can now generate and manage queries more efficiently during the Site Assessment process. This means quicker resolutions, fewer delays, and faster site readiness. By streamlining the query workflow, we’re helping you get your studies up and running sooner, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience for everyone involved.

    Why queries matter here

Integrating queries into the Site Assessment process is crucial for ensuring each site is Clario-ready and approved before subject data is obtained. When a site submits its assessment, it undergoes a detailed review. If any issues, inconsistencies, or non-compliance points are identified, a query is raised. This ensures all actions are traceable and issues are promptly addressed and resolved. By documenting every step, it becomes easier to track and verify compliance, ensuring all sites are onboarded correctly and adhere to established protocols.

    Here’s how it works

Query Creation: Clario staff can create queries during the Site Assessment process, specifying sections with issues and adding comments for clarification.

Query Notification: The identified sections and comments are compiled into a query template and sent to the site, notifying them to update the assessment.

Site Response: The site updates the assessment based on the queries and resubmits it for review.

Query Resolution: If all issues are resolved upon resubmission, the Site Assessment is marked as ‘reviewed,’ and the query is automatically closed.

Further Review: If issues persist, Clario staff can add further comments and update the query, prompting another review cycle.

This streamlined process not only enhances efficiency but also ensures that your Site Assessments are thorough and accurate, ultimately leading to a more reliable and effective study startup.

Conditions necessary for observing this feature

When registered to Clario’s Global Account as a site user or similar role associated with a clinical site, you will receive an email notification if Clario raises a query against your Site Assessment. You can open the query directly from the email by clicking View Query. After authenticating in Clario’s Portal, you can enter your response and/or correct the data directly.
