Overview
We’ve surfaced the technologist assignment task during site onboarding in Clario’s Portal, making it more efficient than ever. Now, you can assign technologists directly on the Modalities page.
We’ve streamlined the process to save you time. Easily assign a technologist from the existing list of site users or create a new one by entering their first and last name and email address. Technologist assignment is optional, so you can leave it blank if you prefer.
Even if the technologist hasn’t been approved to use Clario’s Portal, you can still add their assignment. Their status may show as “Requested,” and Clario may need to approve their request to be added to the study. This allows you to prepare in advance so they can start immediately once approved.
Conditions necessary for observing this feature
When logged into the Clario Portal, navigate to the Modalities page associated with your site. You can assign a technologist directly.
