Overview

We listened to your feedback and made managing user access quicker and easier. Site Admins now have the power to directly manage user access, a task previously handled by Clario. This change, driven by the second most searched topic in Clario Help, allows you to make decisions faster and boost your productivity effortlessly.

Conditions necessary for observing this feature

As a Site Admin logged into the Clario Portal and accessing your Sites, you can manage users efficiently. Start by pressing the vertical ellipse on the user's information card to access your management options.  

  • Edit User: Press Edit, update roles by removing existing ones and selecting new ones from the drop-down menu, then review and confirm your changes to save.  

  • Remove Access: Select Remove Access from the same menu, then review and confirm your changes to save.
