Now that you're getting familiar with Clario’s application, let’s take a moment to walk through the dashboard together.
Let’s Get to Know Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard
Let’s take a quick tour of the main dashboard you’ll be using.
This page is divided into two sections that show a list of tasks—like your daily to-do list for the clinical trial:
Today’s Plan includes tasks you can complete today.
Tomorrow's Plan helps you plan ahead and fit trial tasks into your personal schedule.
Available Window
This tells you when the task can be completed. For example:
If it says “15:00 – 18:00”, the task is only available during that time.
If it says “Anytime”, you can complete it whenever it suits you.
Task Name
You might see names like “EQ-5D-5L” or “Ad Hoc Pain Diary”. These help you identify what each task is about.
Required vs. Optional
Tasks marked “Required” must be completed within their time window to stay on track with your study.
Tasks marked “Optional” are up to you. For example, an “Ad Hoc Pain Diary” might be optional—you’d only complete it if you want to record a pain episode.
Starting a Task
We’ve made it easy to know when a task is ready:
Look for the “Start” button.
If the task is listed under Today’s Plan, is not greyed out, and the Start button is visible—you're good to go.
Just press Start to begin.
Want to know what happens after you press Start? Check out our guide on completing a task to see what to expect and how to make it quick and easy.
Logging Out Safely
In the top-right corner of Clario’s application, you’ll see a person icon with a down arrow next to it. Clicking the arrow opens a small menu with the option to log out.
To end your session:
Click the log out button.
You’ll be returned to the Welcome screen, confirming that your session has been closed.
This is a quick and secure way to exit the application when you're finished with your tasks.
