How do I reset my password?
If you forget your username, here’s how to reset it:
Start at the login page: Tap “Reset Password.” You’ll see a message stating that Clario’s sent a notification to your email containing password reset link.
Open the reset link: You can open it by:
Tap the button in the email or link in the SMS
Copy and paste the link into your browser
Scan the QR code using the device you’ll use during the trial
Choose a new password:
Enter and confirm your new password. If the format isn’t correct, you’ll see a message to help fix it.
Tap Reset.
If accepted, you’ll see “Account Successfully Updated” and can log in with your current username and new password.
