Overview
During the Site Assessment, users must choose between submitting a Scanner Protocol or Phantom Data. To prevent frustration if the initial choice is unsuitable, we designed the assessment to allow users to change the test data type freely.
This is one more example of how Clario technologies anticipate the realities our site users face. Isn't it just brilliant!
Conditions necessary for observing this feature
As a logged-in user on the Clario Portal, you need to complete equipment registration by submitting test data. Initially, you chose to submit a Scanner Protocol, but now prefer Phantom Data. No problem! Go to your site’s overview page, edit the equipment form, change your Scanner Protocol response, and submit your changes. Then, upload your test data.
If you are attempting to update the equipment form after Clario’s already reviewed your initial submission, then you’ll notice that the question about the test data type is the only editable field.
