    • From the Site Users tab in the Sites section of the Clario Portal, click + New User.

    • Press Submit.

    Adding a New User

    1. Click + New User.

    2. Complete all fields.

    3. Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate role.

    You can also assign multiple roles to a new user. Simply repeat the role selection step by clicking the Roles field to bring up the list of role options again. Make your selection. You’ll then notice that the selected roles now appear on the screen.

    You can clear the selected roles by pressing the x shown next to the role name.

    4. Press Submit when you've completed the form sections.

    5. You'll be notified that the new user was Requested successfully. The notification will automatically disappear or you can press x to dismiss it.

    The new user’s card will also now appear in the list of user cards for your site with a Requested Status.

    The new user now needs to be approved by Clario.
