    Overview

    • Starting from your Imaging-specific Study Dashboard, select Uploader.

    • Press the ellipse () shown in the Actions column

    • Click View/Upload data.

    • Select the files, or folder, or drag and drop the required content into the upload field.

    • Press Open in the file explorer window when uploading a single file. Press Upload both in the file explorer window as well as in the subsequent pop-up message when uploading an entire folder.

    • Press Next.

    • Respond to any Questionnaire prompts by selecting the appropriate radio button.

    • Press Next.

    • Complete the confirmation page by entering your Clario Portal credentials, authorizing the upload, and pressing Sign.

    • Keep the web page open until you’ve been notified that the upload was successful.

    Navigating to the View/Upload data page

    1. Starting from the Study Dashboard, select Uploader.

    2. When you find the subject you'd like to focus on and you hover your pointer over the respective row, the row will change colors. Click on the ellipse (i.e., three dots, ...) shown under the Actions column.

    3. Click View/Upload data.

    Uploading data

    1. Before uploading data, review the Subject and study information as well as the View details information that is shown on the left side of the screen.

    Notice that a new web browser tab opened. So, you have one tab open to complete the data uploads while your other Clario Portal tabs remain open where you continue to work independently on other tasks.

    2. You're presented with three ways of uploading data:

    • Select files - You can upload individual files.

    • Select folder - You can mass-upload files that are stored in a folder.

    • or drop them here - You can drag and drop files and/or folders.

    For our example, we're going to walk through uploading a single file. Click Select files.

    3. Select the file from you computer's file explorer or similar feature. Then press Open.

    Uploading an entire folder…

    When uploading an entire folder, you may need to complete a quick security check. Review the message and press Upload when you’re satisfied.

    4. An imaging exam preview will then appear on your screen (i.e., the card shown under “DCM Files”). The card previews the information you’re about to submit to Clario:

    • The imaging modality (e.g., “MR”)

    • The exam date (e.g., “06 OCT 2022”)

    • The exam description

    • The file size (e.g., “0.05MB”)

    • Number of series (e.g., “1 Series”)

    • Number of images (e.g., “1 Image”)

    We recommend that you review and confirm that the information is correct for the visit for which you are submitting images. Then click Next.

    5. Respond to the prompt by clicking inside the checkbox. Each checkbox is automatically selected, so you need to uncheck any that do not apply to the content you’re uploading. Then press Next.

    Some response fields may be dynamic, which means that you’ll need to respond to a follow-up question that appears based on your initial response selection. So, don’t be surprised if other cards of questions and answer selections appear.

    6. You'll now need to confirm the upload action.

    • Enter the Email address and Password associated with your Clario Global Account.

    • Authorize the request by clicking inside the empty checkbox.

    • Press Sign.

    7. The upload commences. You'll have a transparent view of the upload's progress being able to note both the completion percentage and viewing the number of documents that have been uploaded. The system will confirm the successful upload once it finishes. In the meantime, you can continue other aspects of your Clario-focused work in other web browser tabs.

    Do not close this window while the upload is processing.

    Cancelling an upload…

    You can also cancel the upload by pressing Cancel Upload. The system will confirm the cancellation.

    Viewing data uploads

    You can view the uploaded data from the View/Upload data page. (Refer to Step-1 in the Uploading data section above.) You'll notice that the majority of action buttons that were previously available are no longer available. For instance, you can no longer upload files or folders. The buttons are disabled because Clario’s Quality Control (QC) team are reviewing the uploaded data. At this time, you, as the site user, will need to await for any follow-up actions to be assigned by Clario.

    The following information will be available to you at this time by pressing the Next button to navigate between the file and questionnaire information.

    • Information about the files that were uploaded. (Refer to Step-4 in the Uploading data section above.)

    • Responses that were submitted for the questionnaires. (Refer to Step-5 in the Uploading data section above.)

    Exiting the View/Upload data page

    1. Now that your upload is complete, there are no additional actions you can take on the View/Upload data page. So you can navigate to other parts of the Clario Portal:

    • Press the clinical trial's name (e.g., "Passerellidae") shown next to the Uploader navigation link. This action returns you to the Study Dashboard.

    • Press Home to return to the Global Dashboard.

    • Press CLARIO. to also return to the Global Dashboard.
