Never miss a step—Clario sends reminders and notifications to help you stay on track. You’ll get them by email or SMS, depending on your settings.
This section shows what to expect and how to manage them.
Email Notifications
You’ll receive emails from "ClarioOne" with a button (like “Start Setup”), a QR code, or both. Tap the button or scan the code to open Clario’s online app and begin.
Still haven’t received your Clario email? Clario’s message might be in your junk or spam folders. Look for an email from ClarioOne.
SMS Notifications
You’ll receive text messages from "ClarioOne" with a link. Tap the link to open Clario’s online app and get started.
Welcome Messages
Email Messages
When you begin, you’ll receive a welcome email from "ClarioOne" inviting you to set up your account. To get started:
Tap the button in the email (e.g. “Start Setup”)
Or copy and paste the link into your browser
Or scan the QR code using the device you’ll use during the trial
Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.
SMS Messages
You may also receive text messages from "ClarioOne". To begin, simply:
Tap the link in the message to open the app and begin.
Invitations to Start Tasks
You’ll also receive reminders to help you complete tasks on time. These work just like the other messages.
To launch the task, you can:
Tap the button in the email or link in the SMS
Copy and paste the link into your browser
Scan the QR code using the device you’ll use during the trial

Reset Username
You’ve been sent a link to reset your username. To launch the Reset Username page, you can:
Tap the button in the email or link in the SMS
Copy and paste the link into your browser
Scan the QR code using the device you’ll use during the trial
Once the page opens:
Enter a new username. If the format is incorrect, you’ll see a red field and a message with the correct format.
Press Reset.
If accepted, you’ll see “Account Successfully Updated” and can log in with your new username and current password.
If not accepted, you’ll see an error—try a different username.
