Creating an Unscheduled Visit

Overview

From your Imaging-specific Study Dashboard, press Uploader.
Click Create unscheduled visit.
Complete all required fields in the Create unscheduled visit form and press Create.
Upload data by selecting your files/folders or dragging and dropping.
Press Next to initiate the upload. *Do not close the screen at this point.
You’ll be notified of a successful upload at which point you can exit the Upload unscheduled visit data screen.

Creating an Unscheduled Visit

1. Starting from the Study Dashboard, select Uploader.

2. Click Create unscheduled visit on the Data Upload Worklist page.

3. Complete all mandatory fields by clicking the drop-down arrow to bring up the available selections. Start at the top of the form and work your way down. Fields become available only when you complete the preceding field.

You can scroll through the available options or type keywords into the Search… field.

4. Click Create.

This button will become active only after you’ve completed the entire short form.

5. A new tab will open in your web browser showing the Upload unscheduled visit data screen.

You’ll be notified when your data has successfully uploaded. There are no additional actions you can take on the Upload unscheduled visit data page. So you can navigate to other parts of the Clario Portal:

Press the clinical trial's name (e.g., "Passerellidae") shown next to the Uploader navigation link. This action returns you to the Study Dashboard.
Press Home to return to the Global Dashboard.
Press CLARIO. to also return to the Global Dashboard.
