    Logging into your Clario Global Account after a session timeout

    Session Inactivity

    Inactivity means that you do not click on a selectable option shown on the Clario Portal page.

    Logging back in to your Clario Global Account

    1. The Clario Portal will automatically log you out of your session after 30 minutes of inactivity. You will be notified of your inactivity and given the option to remain logged in. If you see this screen and want to continue working in the portal, then press Continue.

    The Session Idle Timeout message will dynamically countdown the minutes beginning with "10" minutes.

    3. To log back in, click User Name (Your Email Address) and enter your user credentials.

    4. Click Next.

    5. Click anywhere in the Password text field to finish entering your user credentials.

    6. Click Log in.

    7. You are now launched back to the exact Clario Portal page you previously were on and you can continue with your work as normal.
