Overview
When uploading clinical data, you won’t need to restart if interrupted. This feature is particularly useful when you're uploading large files and you step away from your computer, which means that your session may idle and may even time out. In those cases, your upload will still...upload!
Conditions necessary for observing this feature
If you’re logged into the Clario Portal and uploading a large file, the Data Uploader will pause if your network is interrupted. Simply choose Resume upload to continue from where it left off. The progress bar will reflect the same completion percentage as before the interruption (i.e., it doesn’t restart at 0%). Your upload should complete successfully, pending no further interruptions.
You can also select Restart upload, which purges the initial upload. The upload begins at 0% again and works to completion.
