    Exploring a subject's clinical data

    Your subject’s clinical data

    • Review the subject's demographic information (e.g., “Site 10000”, “Phase Screening”, etc.).

    • Easily refine the data displayed in the table by applying filters, sorting column headers, and defining the number of data rows.

    • Press the Actions (*that is located next to Filter by Form) drop-down menu to complete a new form or delete the subject.

    • Press View Subject’s Diary History to display a calendar view of the subject’s activities in a new window.

    • Press Manage Subject to view and modify the subject’s preferred language, retrieve device setup information (e.g., Study URL, Setup Code, QR Code, etc.), end a subject’s participation, and complete certain available questionnaires online.

    • Press + in the Actions column to expand the available actions per form.

    Toggling the data views

    Filtering the subject information

    Press the Filter by Form drop-down menu to view certain types of forms (e.g., “Activation”, “Assignment”, “Visit Start”, etc.). This option is most beneficial when searching for specific assessment and diary information (e.g., “EQ-5D”, “Morning Diary”, etc.).

    Press the Filter by Visit drop-down menu to view all forms associated with given visits.

    Sorting the subject information

    The column headers are shown with up and down arrows next to their titles. You can adjust the sort by either clicking on the column header or by clicking more specifically on the up/down arrows.

    Navigating multiple pages of data

    Navigate through the available table pages using the navigation options (i.e., First, Previous, Next, Last) when the data spans multiple pages.

    Adjusting the rows shown

    The table can be adjusted to show a certain number of rows. The default is ten (“10”). The number of rows is displayed (e.g., “Showing 1 to 10 of 14 entries”).

    Using the navigational buttons

    DCRs

    Navigates to the Data Change Request management dashboard and shows change requests for the current subject’s clinical data.

    Reports

    Navigates to SmartReports and Interactive Reports.

    Documents

    Lists any Clario documents related to your study.
