# Requesting a New Email Confirmation for Your Account

## Still can't find the email?

Check these common issues before you request a new confirmation.

### Checking your junk or spam folders

Your verification email might be in your junk or spam folder. Look for an email from Clario titled **Welcome to Your Clario Global Account! Activate your new account now!** If you still can't find it, follow the steps below.

### Confirm the email you registered with

Use the same email address you entered when you created your **Clario Global Account**. A different inbox will not receive the confirmation message.

## Requesting a new confirmation

Follow these steps to resend the confirmation email to your registered address.

1. Go to [https://gsso.ert.com/usp/#/resend-confirm](https://gsso.ert.com/usp/#/resend-confirm).
2. Enter your email address.
3. Press **Send New Confirmation**.

## Verifying your new account

After you receive the new confirmation email, verify your email address and sign in.

1. Press **Okay**.
2. Find Clario's Welcome email in your inbox.
3. Press **Verify new account**.
4. Review your registered email address and press **Confirm**.
5. Press **Return to Login Page**.
6. Sign in with your newly verified credentials and follow the on-screen steps.

### Is there another way to resend the confirmation email?

Yes. You can also resend the confirmation email from the **Clario Global Account** login page.

1. Go to [https://gsso.ert.com/idp](https://gsso.ert.com/idp).
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Press **Next**, then press **Log in**.
4. Review the **Confirm your Email Address** message, then press **Send New Confirmation**.
5. Press **Okay**.
6. Find Clario's Welcome email in your inbox.
7. Press **Verify new account**.
8. Review your registered email address and press **Confirm**.
9. Press **Return to Login Page**.
10. Sign in with your newly verified credentials and follow the on-screen steps.
