Login to the Clario Portal and navigate to Shipment Tracking to view your shipment’s status. Detailed instructions can be found by clicking on the link below.
Tracking shipments for an eCOA clinical trial
Login to the Clario Portal and navigate to your study’s reports. Tracking numbers will be displayed in the Device Shipment Report. The active link in the “Tracking Number” column opens an external link for tracking through a carrier’s website.
