What is eCOA at Home?

Clario eCOA at Home is a participant-centered software application, or "app", assigned to a single study participant. It is used to capture data throughout the clinical trial.

The information collected in your study might include one, or both, of the following types of clinical data:

• ePRO Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes.

• eCOA Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments.

There may also be other types of data collected. Consult the study-specific eLearning module in your study's Clario Learn curriculum to learn about the specific configurations and usage of eCOA at Home in your study.

What is eCOA at Site?

Clario eCOA at Site is a site-centered software application, or "app", used to capture data throughout the clinical trial. The software is typically accessed only at the site during site visits. eCOA at Site is also used for administrative tasks such as adding the participant to the study.

Despite being called eCOA at Site, the information collected in your study might include one, or both, of the following types of clinical data:

• ePRO Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes.

• eCOA Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments.

How is eCOA at Home accessed?

The eCOA at Home app can be accessed in different ways called, modalities. Each modality is designed to have the same general appearance and function.

The participant should be able to access eCOA at Home whenever needed whether they are at home, shopping, at the doctor's office, or even while on vacation. It should also be brought to every site visit! When is eCOA at Site accessed?
