While these files aren’t necessary for Clario’s analysis or storage, the upload process will proceed smoothly. You’ll see a notification indicating the files aren’t supported, but you can continue uploading without interruption. ## Conditions necessary for observing this feature When logged into the **Clario Portal**, you can upload files using the **Data Uploader** as usual. If your batch includes a DICOMDIR file, it will be listed under “Unknown Files” for your awareness. This notification won’t affect the upload process, allowing you to continue without any interruptions. ## What’s next? You can read more about uploading and viewing data here: [Uploading and viewing data](https://help.clario.com/docs/effectively-navigating-the-data-upload-worklist). ## Additional information - **Category**: New feature - **Product**: Clario Portal - **Version**: 4.0 - **Release Date**: November 17, 2024 ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c5e1f7bc-fe3f-41f4-aec9-2503613a7b20/Images/Documentation/Data Uploader -- DICOMDIR.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T11%3A53%3A08Z&se=2026-11-01T12%3A53%3A08Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=OLkaDkKgRpV24ZbflBsos%2BNHM57HEAoPsrGt8bd0EGA%3D) ![Clario logo](https://clario.com/wp-content/themes/clario-bootstrap/media/logo-white.svg)
