# Clario Global Account Access and Password Reset

#### Reset your password, create your account, sign in, and manage your Clario Portal session.

#### Use these steps to regain access, open a secure session, and log out when you finish.

## Resetting your password

Request a password reset, set a new password, then sign in with your new credentials.

1. Go to [https://gsso.ert.com/usp/#/reset-password](https://gsso.ert.com/usp/#/reset-password).
2. Enter your email address and press **Reset Password**.
3. Press **Okay**, then open your email service.
4. Find Clario's **Password Change Request** email in your inbox.
5. Press **Reset password** or the link in the email.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then press **Change password**.
7. Sign in with your newly changed password.

## Creating your account

Create a **Clario Global Account**, verify your email address, then sign in.

1. Go to [https://gsso.ert.com/idp](https://gsso.ert.com/idp).
2. Press **Create an Account** and complete the online form.
3. Press **Create Account**.
4. Follow the steps to verify your email address, including actions in Clario's Welcome email.
5. Sign in with your newly verified credentials and follow the on-screen steps.

## Logging in

Sign in to your **Clario Global Account** to open the **Clario Portal**.

1. Go to [https://gsso.ert.com/idp](https://gsso.ert.com/idp).
2. Enter your **Name**, then press **Next**.
3. Enter your **Password**, then press **Log in**.

### Dashboard Tutorial

If this is your first time signing in to your **Clario Global Account**, or you recently cleared your browsing history and cache, the **Dashboard Tutorial** starts automatically.

## Logging out

End your session when you finish working in the **Clario Portal**.

1. From anywhere in the **Clario Portal**, press your user name.
2. Press **Logout**.

### Session Idle Timeout

When you haven't selected any option in the **Clario Portal** for a while, you receive a **Session Idle Timeout** notification. The message explains that you'll be logged out automatically in 10 minutes. To stay signed in, press **Continue** before the timer runs out.

### My session expired. How do I log back in?

Unless you closed your browser, you see the **Clario Global Account** login page. If you're not on that page, go to [https://gsso.ert.com/idp](https://gsso.ert.com/idp).

1. Enter your **User Name**, then press **Next**.
2. Enter your **Password**, then press **Log in**.
